We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager in planning, executing, and reporting on operational marketing activities and campaigns, with a focus on print and digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, youthful environment.

What does this role do?

  • Coordinate with all stakeholders for campaign planning.
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns that will be executed via our digital ads specialists.
  • Build product-related marketing strategies and support these strategies with marketing activities.
  • Coordinate the production of creative assets.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports on marketing activities.
  • Support webinar and event administration and smooth execution.
  • Assist in e-commerce product management.
  • Manage email campaign journey building and maintenance.
  • Maintain website copy.
  • Write copy for blogs, mailers and social media posts.
  • Ensure CRM lead hygiene.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Ensure competitor analysis is up to date.
  • Plan digital marketing audiences for A/B testing.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and internal teams for content creation.
  • Provide troubleshooting support for campaigns.
  • Supervise campaign performance and recommend optimisations.

What experience is preferred?

  • Degree or Honours  in Marketing or a related field
  • 3-5 years of industry experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe, Figma and related tools
