Purpose of this role

The purpose of an Assistant Brand Manager is to create and support the development and execution of marketing strategies & targets as well as to build and maintain brand equity under guidance from the Brand Manager. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the whole organisation and with our partners to drive brand awareness and growth.

Role responsibilities

  • Brand strategy formulation
  • Pricing and competitor intelligence tracking and management
  • Marketing Content planning, production and creative direction
  • Product marketing asset management and creation
  • Reporting and tracking to measure the effectiveness of Marketing activities
  • Webinars and events coordination
  • Product management
  • Campaign journey building and maintenance
  • Brand websites management
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • KPI strategy, development and management

Required technical knowledge

  • Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, Meet, Gmail).
  • Experience in managing budgets and delivering results within budget constraints.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
  • Previous experience using a CRM system advantageous.
  • Strong planning and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to think strategically and execute a strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market research and consumer insights.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications and experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications or similar. (preferred)
  • 3 years experience in Marketing, Branding or similar fields. (required)
