Onwards and upwards

On the 20th October 2015 we launched a complete overhaul of our flagship website, AdvantageLearn.com.

This overhaul is following the initial launch of the site in March 2015. The initial launch was built specifically for you (our customers) by enabling you to view our courses, purchase the courses online and provide a platform for online learning all housed within one location. We would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to our existing and new customers as we were completely blown away by the response to this launch.

As we approach 2016 we continuously strive to provide you with the best possible experience from the moment you join us. AdvantageLearn.com’s success came with it’s own challenges and we have been listening to you, and are extremely grateful for the constructive feedback many of you have given us as we grow into new and exciting areas. While it has provided a great platform for our customers to learn, we have been able to learn a tremendous amount ourselves and so want to put these learnings into practice. This overhaul is the result of these learnings and we are very excited to introduce you to, what we have dubbed, AdvantageLearn.com v2.0.

What’s new?

• Course Cards: All course details, purchase details, and lessons are housed in the one-page course cards. This makes it easy to find out all information regarding the courses, and, once purchased, the learner is automatically enrolled and can start learning right away via the same course card.
• Purchase courses easily: We’ve simplified the way you purchase courses. Customers can view all details on the course cards, click purchase, choose options (if applicable), and proceed to checkout to process payment.
• Help Desk: You can now find answers to frequently asked questions through our searchable Help Desk. Think of it as a google search just for everything Advantage Learn 🙂 If you cannot find the answer you’re looking for you can also contact one of our helpful support agents.
• Learner profiles: Learners can now view and update their details themselves via the My Account page once logged in.
• Improved look and feel: You’ll notice a complete revamp of the website design. This, coupled with the new Advantage Learn brand, provides an attractive and easy-to-use website.
• Increased stability: Apart from all the front-end changes, we’ve also improved the nuts and bolts that you don’t see. This provides a more secure and stable environment meaning a faster and more reliable experience for you.

What’s next?

We’ve built Advantagelearn.com v2.0 to last, which means there will not be any major changes in the short-to-medium term. However, we will continue to add and improve features as we grow and learn with you.
