We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Retention, Engagement and Delivery team! The Administrator serves a supportive role within the organisation, with the primary responsibility of assisting in coordinating and administering Advantage Learn’s programmes and products and working closely with our Senior Coordinators to ensure that their programmes are planned, organised, delivered, and executed to a high standard.

A successful candidate also understands and accepts that this position involves overtime work as and when projects and deadlines require it. The candidate undertakes, as far as reasonable in each project, to commit to the successful achievement of project deadlines and submission dates. The candidate might be required to travel and will be compensated on a per-kilometre basis or an S&T basis if required to stay overnight.

Key responsibilities

  • Organisational administration and providing administrative support to the Senior Coordinators.
  • Managing the programme class registers and class lists on a daily and/or weekly basis.
  • External communications to customers.
  • Publishing content onto the online platform and ensuring the course content is kept up-to-date.
  • Management of the online courses, including assisting with copy text on the online courses.
  • Management of Zoom calendar scheduling and Zoom accounts for programmes, lessons and courses.
  • Coordination and tracking of educator tech packs.
  • Performing other division-related admin as directed by department heads.
  • Delivery of weekly communication which is to be sent to learners and stakeholders timeously.
  • Contacting learners or parents on an ad-hoc basis as directed by Coordinators.
  • Assisting with learner enrollment in and deregistration from our programmes and courses.
  • Coordination of applications and enrollment onto the class register, communication systems, and online course.
  • Company internal reporting.
  • Partner external reporting.
  • Organising data on class registers (attendance and assessment results) to enable reporting.
  • Data capturing for reporting.

Technical skills & requirements

  • Strong administration skills.
  • Strong Google Workspace skills (Docs, Spreadsheet, Slides, Meet, Gmail).
  • The ability to multitask effectively.
  • A relevant degree or diploma.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with different digital tools.
