  • Coordinate with the other departments to ensure customer satisfaction with the product offerings

Skills, Competencies and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years Project Coordination experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks where required
  • Excellent spreadsheeting skills, i.e. be able to work with Excel in a functional and helpful manner.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent qualifications in relevant area
  • Aptitude for technology and creativity
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills

Key Responsibilities


  1. Manage educators content for lessons where applicable
  2. Support educators and ensure they have all the resources to run their lessons
  3. Develop and implement processes and policies across all product lines
  4. Work with other divisions to ensure customer satisfaction, education objective and revenue goals are met within product lines
  5. Ensure all Programme timelines are met
  6. Ensure learners are onboarded timeously


  1. Respond to emails timeously
  2. Close the loop on school/learner/parent queries 
  3. Send regular and ad hoc communications
  4. Communication and relationship building with our partner schools
  5. Create and Manage all communications that are sent regarding the product line/services to customers.
  6. Communicating at the prescribed frequency with customers/learners to ensure expectations are managed.
  7. Providing timely communication between relevant departments including solutions, operations & production


  1. Coordinate and audit Weekly, Monthly and Annual reporting – Internal
  2. Monthly and Termly reporting to Stakeholder- External

Product Support

  1. Keeping up to date with SMF (Sales, Marketing and Finance) on any product changes
  2. Ensure all product information on the website is correct
  3. To help SMF with any information on the informational webinar
  4. Content & user imports done timeously 
  5. Content & user updates done timeously
  6. Liaising with PED (Production and Education) to ensure that all content is timeously ready for the programmes

Learner Support

  1. Liaising with HEX (Customer support) to ensure that the learners are well supported
  2. Technical support on courses  
  3. Guiding learners to the online courses
