In this role, you’ll provide administrative, copywriting and creative design support to the Marketing Manager and the Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content theme documents are planned quarterly and subsequent mailers, blogs and social media micro-themes are planned.
  • Accurate and timeous reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
  • Responsible for blogs, mailers, social media content, website copy and design.
  • Schedule and build social media posts, blog posts and mailers.
  • Responsible for outputs of Marketing assets required to promote different product lines.
  • Involved in the planning, supporting and execution of webinars and school events.
  • Assist the Marketing Department in actioning the Marketing strategy.

Key tasks

  • Coordinate with all required parties for campaign building and delivery.
  • Supervise everyday activities of campaigns related to national, regional and local advertisements.
  • Perform tests on campaigns and ensure the integrity of all data and monitor all live campaigns.
  • Perform quality assurance checks for campaigns and evaluate the content and ensure contract information according to the database.
  • Ensure POPIA compliance of the campaigns.
  • Perform troubleshooting on campaigns, optimize flight schedule and ensure effective execution and delivery of campaigns.
  • Manage all communication with advertisers on all ad specifications.
  • Provide resolution to all ad creative issues and monitor the effective implementation of same and prepare reports.
  • Design precision of campaigns in ad delivery system and execute all necessary creative changes in same.
  • Supervise campaign performance and recommend optimization for them.
  • Perform strategic analysis and provide insight into the delivery and management of campaigns.
  • Assist the campaigners, agencies, publishers and related internal teams and provide service support for them.
  • Administer sales contracts and interpret all insertion orders.
