We are seeking a dynamic Junior Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing, Brand & Communications Manager in planning, executing, and reporting on operational marketing activities and campaigns, with a focus on print and digital marketing initiatives. What does this role do?
- Coordinate with all stakeholders for campaign planning.
- Coordinate the production of creative assets.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on marketing activities.
- Support webinar and event administration and smooth execution.
- Assist in e-commerce product management.
- Manage email campaign journey building and maintenance.
- Maintain website copy.
- Write copy for blogs, mailers and social media posts.
- Ensure CRM lead hygiene.
Other responsibilities include:
- Ensure competitor analysis is up to date.
- Plan digital marketing audiences for A/B testing.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and internal teams for content creation.
- Provide troubleshooting support for campaigns.
What experience is preferred?
- Degree or Honours in Marketing or a related field
- 1-2 years of industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM systems
- Experience with digital advertising platforms
- Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe, Figma and related tools
