Purpose of this job

To provide administrative support to the Operation Coordinators.

  • All monthly report data is accurately captured to enable accurate reporting
  • Outbound communication goes out timeously to stakeholders and parents
  • Online course profiles are up to date

  • Administration (or other relevant degree) Diploma or Degree

Key Responsibilities


  1. Managing the class registers on a daily basis
  2. Answering and helping with ad-hoc queries that come through the helpdesk or via email
  3. Publishing weekly content onto the online platform
  4. Assist with copy text on the online courses in order to manage the online courses
  5. Management of Zoom accounts for courses
  6. Coordination of educator tech packs
  7. Perform other division related admin as directed by coordinator

Communication with Stakeholders

  1. Uploading all communication to learners on the different communication platforms
  2. Weekly communication to be sent to learners and stakeholders timeously
  3. Contact learners or parents on an ad-hoc basis as directed by the coordinator

Learner enrolment onto our programmes and courses

  1. Coordination of applications and enrollment onto the register and communication systems and online course
  2. Enrollment of learners onto relevant campus


  1. Organize data on class registers (attendance and assessment results) to enable reporting
  2. Data capturing for reporting
